The kraftliner drum is a very versatile and customisable industrial packaging and can satisfy a wide range of requirements for a multitude of users.
Kraftliner drums are especially suitable for containing dry and solid products such as powders, grains and beads (granules), but are also useful for pastes and semi-liquids.

STANDARD DRUM WITH METAL REINFORCING CHIMES:
These are ideal for a variety of non-hazardous products. Standard drums offer low tare weight and exceptional strength against impact. The total opening cover allows easy and quick filling and dispensing.

UN CERTIFIED DRUM FOR HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS:
The drums are designed and tested in order to satisfy ADR, RID, ADNR, IMDG and OACI as packaging group I, II and III for dangerous products class X, Y and Z.

ALL FIBRE DRUM:
Consisting of 100% mono-material compounds; reducing the weight of packaging whilst satisfying the requirements of strength and resistance. It can be recycled without any manual operation or tooling, just like a cardboard box.

MELT-PRODUCTS DRUM:
This type of drum is designed for packing hot melts, compounds, printing inks and various food products, where emptying with a pressure plate is required.

WEATHER-PROOF DRUM FOR EXTERNAL STORAGE:
Drum resistant to the effects of weather and designed to store a wide range of products outdoor.

LIQUID PRODUCTS DRUM:
These Fibre Drums are designed with an internal lining to ensure resistant to liquid and semi-liquid products, being  at the same a barrier for gases and organic vapours, resisting to organic solvent and allowing high fill temperatures.

WIRES AND CABLES DRUM:
Pay-off packs are specifically designed in order to simplify coiling and uncoiling operations for all kind of welding wires and cables, thus protecting the product. The central core allows continuous feed and avoids tangles, eliminating unnecessary tensions on the wire. The drum can be supplied with internal tensioning system for the wire and lifting devices (as metal handles and belts – or straps), to ease the handling of the full package.

FBC – FIBRE BULK CONTAINER
Designed to be an economical, eco-friendly alternative to standard plastic / steel composite IBCs. These drums are ideal for liquids in single trip situations, with the additional benefit of aseptic filling where required.

ACCESSORIES AND CUSTOMIZATION
All the models of fibre drums can be customized with a wide range of materials and options:

  • Top and base in paper, plastic, MDF or metal
  • Internal and external linings (PE, aluminium, silicone, …)
  • Internal bag
  • Seals for closure-locking band
